急性期病院入院高齢患者の退院3か月後の予後（死亡、再入院、転倒、老研式活動能力指標）を明らかにすること。

Acute Phase Hospital Study the factors related to the amount of PA in the hospital phase of elderly patients admitted and one month after discharge.

1急性疾患または慢性疾患急性増悪で内科系診療科に入院した患者
2入院時65歳以上
3入院中にリハビリテーション処方ある患者
4歩行評価が可能（4 mを見守りあるいは自立して歩行可）な患者
5本研究の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、患者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた患者

1 Acute disease or chronic disease Patients admitted to the department of internal medicine department due to acute exacerbations
2 Hospitalization At least 65 years old
3 Patients with rehabilitation prescription during hospitalization
4 Patients who can evaluate gait (4 m autonomous or amenable to walk with surveillance)
5 After receiving sufficient explanation for the participation of this study, patients who obtained document consent by the patient's free will

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1. 外科的治療を行った患者
2. 入院前に歩行に介助が必要あるいは歩行が不可能だった患者
3. 歩行に明らかに影響を与える運動機能又は感覚機能障害を有する患者
4. 治療が必要あるいは現在治療中の癌を有する患者
5．ペースメーカー植込み患者
6. 認知症、高次脳機能障害、うつ病の診断・既往がある患者
7.　病状等により後述の各指標の調査測定が困難な患者
8.　自宅退院が困難な患者
9．その他、研究責任者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した患者

階層的重回帰分析の結果，歩行速度の関連因子として 5STS，握力とともに HADS-D が抽出された．
また独立変数として背景因子，5STS および握力を投入したモデルにHADS-Dを追加すると，決定係数の有意な増加が認められた．

As a result of hierarchical multiple regression analysis, 5STS was extracted as a factor related to walking speed, and HADS-D was extracted along with grip strength.
When HADS-D was added to the model with background factors, 5STS, and grip strength as independent variables, a significant increase in the coefficient of determination was observed.

募集方法：2017年11月21日～2020年12月31日までに研究参加施設に入院した患者で選択基準に合致した者。
