（1）先天性食道閉鎖症術後の食道吻合部狭窄患者
（2）バルーン拡張術を5回以上行っても狭窄をきたす患者

(1)Patient presents with anastomotic re-stricture after repair of congenital esophageal atresia
(2)Patient present with anastomotic re-stricture after five or more balloon dilatation treatments

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
（1）口腔粘膜採取ができない患者
（2）感染症（HBV、HCV、HIV、HTLV、梅毒）に罹患している患者
（3）ヘモグロビン：10.0 g/dL未満
（4）白血球：4,000/mm3未満、10,000/mm3以上
（5）血小板数：100,000/mm3未満
（6）AST、ALT：100 IU/L以上
（7）ブタのアレルギー既往のある患者
（8）薬剤過敏症の既往のある患者
（9）重篤な合併症がある患者

(1) Patient's oral mucosal tissue can't be picked up
(2) Patient is infected with HBV, HCV, HIV, HTLV or syphilis
(3) Patieny's Hb <10.0 g/dL
(4) Patient's WBC <4,000/mm3, >=10,000/mm3
(5) Patient's PLT <100,000/mm3
(6) Patient's AST, ALT >=100 IU/L
(7) Patient developed hypersensitivity to drug or pig-derived ingredient
(8) Patient has severe complication irrelevant to anastomotic re-stricture
