糖尿病患者に対する健康機能を備えた米について研究することは、食事療法において有益である。
愛媛県産高アミロース米摂取後の持続血糖値測定データを分析、ならび食量と米飯の嗜好に関する調査を行い、高アミロース米の機能性を明らかにすることを目的とする。

Thus, the objective of this study is to examins the effect of high-amylose rice on postprandial continuous glucose levels and rice preferences.

愛媛大学医学部附属病院の20～74歳の糖尿病と診断された入院患者で、入院開始時のBody Mass Indexが18.5kg/m2以上35kg/m2以下の患者

The Ehime University Hospital's in-patients with diabetes mellitus who are 20 to 74 years old and the BMI is from 18.5 to 35.0kg/m2

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1.入院時点で悪性新生物（治療中）、虚血性心疾患（急性期）、脳血管疾患（急性期）、慢性腎不全、認知症、重度の消化管疾患の治療中の者
２.妊娠・授乳期間中の者
３.患者の担当医が被験者として不適当と判断した場合

1. The persons who are in the treatment of malignant neoplasm, ischemic heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, chronic kidney failure, dementia or severe gastrointestinal disease.
2. The person in the period of pregnancy and lactation.
3. The patients who are unsuited to participate the study.
