選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1)心血管疾患の精査・加療の目的で、待機的に冠動脈造影検査ないしインターベンション治療を受ける患者
2)血管内視鏡を施行予定の患者
3)臨床的に大動脈疾患発症のリスクが高く大動脈CT検査が有用である患者
4)臨床的に脳梗塞のリスクが高く頭部MRI検査が有用である患者
臨床的に脳梗塞のリスクが高く頭部MRI検査が有用である患者は、以下の
項目のいずれかを有するものと定義する。
①脳神経症状を有するもしくは疑われる
②動脈硬化リスク因子（糖尿病、高脂血症、高血圧症、喫煙、家族歴）を合併する
③胸部X線やCT検査などで大動脈の石灰化を強く認める
5)同意取得時の年齢が20歳以上の患者
6)患者本人より文書による同意が得られる患者

1) patient who received CAG or PCI with confirmed or suspected of cardiovascular disease underwent
2) patient who received non-obstructive general angioscopy
3) Patients who clinically have high risk of occurrence of aortic disease and aortic CT examination is useful for patients
4) Patients who clinically have high risk of occurrence of cerebral infarction and brain MRI is useful for patients
high risk of occurrence of cerebral infarction was defined as 1) neurological symptom, 2)atherosclerotic factors, and aortic calcification with Xray or CT
5) >= 20 years old, male and female
6) written informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1)造影剤アレルギーでショック等の重大な症状を呈した患者
2)MRIに対応しない金属が体内に存在する患者
3)閉所恐怖症のためMRIが施行困難な患者
4)妊娠中、授乳中の患者または妊娠している可能性のある患者
5)心原性ショックの患者
6)急性大動脈解離あるいは、大動脈瘤破裂ないし切迫破裂状態の患者
7)医師の判断により研究参加に不適当と判断された患者

6) acute aortic dissection or rupture of aortic aneurysm, or impending state of them
7) appropriate patients decided by the doctor
