研究対象は順天堂医院で経腟分娩予定の妊婦。妊娠35週～36週台の助産師外来で同意説明を行い、間接的会陰マッサージを指導
（間接的会陰マッサージの方法：①タオルをロール状に巻いたもの作る、そのタオルが会陰部にあたるように座った時痛みのない程度に大きさを調整②座位で会陰部に①で作ったロールタオルが当たるように座る③左右に体を小きざみに5分程度ゆらす）。妊娠37週0日を開始日として、妊婦自身ができる時にできる頻度行う。また、頻度、回数、実施時間、実施体勢について実施状況記入用紙を同意取得時に配布。会陰マッサージに関する評価については、竹内ら（2014）が開発した「日本語版『妊娠中の会陰マッサージに対する出産後の女性の意見』」をもとに作成したアンケートを使用、産後入院中に配布し回収する。

Pregnant women scheduled for vaginal delivery at Juntendo Hospital will be obtain to this study. Informed consent will be obtained at the midwife outpatient clinic from 35 weeks to 36 weeks gestation,and will be instructe indirect perineal massage.

(Method of indirect perineal massage: Make a towel in a roll shape, adjust the size to the extent that there is no pain when the towel adjusted to the perineum.Make the roll towels to fit the perineum at the sitting position.Shake the body to the right and left for about 5 minutes). With pregnancy 37 week 0 as the start date, pregnant women will do as they want. Regarding the evaluation on perineal massage,a questionnaire created based on "Japanese version of Opinion of women after childbirth to perineal massage during pregnancy" developed by Takeuchi et al. (2014) "will be used.
The questionnaire will be handed and recovered at postpartum.

承認日から2018年11月30日までに妊娠35～36週台で助産師外来を受診する妊婦

A pregnant woman at the 35 to 36 weeks of pregnancy who will see a midwife outpatient clinic from the approval date to November 30, 2018.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

①帝王切開で出産予定の妊婦
②会陰部に病変がある妊婦（静脈瘤、尖圭コンジローマ、ヘルペスなど）
③その他、研究責任者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した方
