目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
　　高気圧環境というストレス環境下において腸内細菌叢が変化することは確認された。
腸内免疫環境の形成に有効な効果がある一方で腸内環境の悪化を示唆する結果も認められた。
一方、一方、グァーガム分解産物は腸内環境の改善に役立つ効果があると認められている。
高気圧環境下でグァーガム分解産物を摂取した場合の腸内細菌叢の変化を観察し、今後の治療に役に立てる。
深深度潜水では低頻度ではあるが減圧性骨壊死が報告されている。高気圧環境下における骨代謝マーカーの変化を観察することにより、減圧性骨壊死の機序の解明およびその予防に役立てる。

In past experiment, it was confirmed that the intestinal microbial flora changes under a stress environment of hyperbaric environment.
The experiment results suggested that intestinal environment was deteriorated while effective in the formation of the intestinal immune system.
On the other hand, guar gum decomposition products are recognized as having an effect to improve the intestinal environment.
We observe the alteration of fecal microbiota when ingesting guar gum breakdown products under hyperbaric environment and make it use for future treatment.
Dysbaric osteonecrosis has been reported in deep diving with very low frequency. By observing altrations of bone metabolism markers at hyperbaric environment, we will aim to elucidate the mechanism of decompressive osteonecrosis and to prevent it.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

まずは大気圧下にてグァーガム投与前およびグァーガム投与して1週間後の腸内細菌叢の変化（菌種）を確認する。0.7MPa環境下および減圧時も確認する。
骨代謝マーカーの評価も同様に行う。

First, we will observe alteration of fecal microbiota (Species) before intake of guar gum and one week after intake of guar guam decomposition products.We investigate alteration of fecal microbiota in 0.7 MPa environmentand and during decompression.
Osteometabolism markers one week after intake of guar guam decomposition products.We will make evaluation of osteometabolism markers in the same way.

　60m飽和潜水において、加圧前、保圧中、減圧時の３回のタイミングで便を採取した。腸内細菌叢の変動に関して、グァーガム分解産物を内服した６人とcontrol群の11名を比較したが、菌種の変動に有意差はなかった。
