選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1. クローン病の診断が確定している方
2. クローン病の増悪により腸管切除が実施され小腸小腸吻合ないしは小腸大腸吻合がされた方
3. 消化管の手術後３ヶ月未満の方

英語
1. Patients with confirmed diagnosis of Crohn's disease
2. Patients with Crohn's disease who underwent small bowel resection with subsequent ileo-ileal or ileocolonic anastomosis
3. Patients who underwent surgery within 3 months

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 検査前のパテンシーカプセルで消化管開通性が確認できない方
2. 小腸狭窄形成術を実施した方
3. 消化管の瘻孔を有する方
4. 消化管運動機能障害を有する方
5. 20歳未満あるいは75歳以上の方
6. ペースメーカー埋め込み術をしている方
7. NSAIDs(アスピリンを含む)を継続的に内服している方
8. 悪性腫瘍、精神病、重篤な（とても重い）肝臓、腎臓、心臓、造血器の障害を合併している方
9. 妊娠中の方、妊娠している可能性のある方、または授乳中の方および研究の参加予定期間中に妊娠を希望される方
10. その他、担当者が、あなたがこの研究に参加するのを不適当と判断した場合

英語
1. Patients who cannot be confirmed GI patency under patency capsule
2. Patients who underwent small bowel stricture plasty
3. Patients with internal or external GI fistula
4. Patients with disturbed GI motility
5. Patients under 20 years, or more than or equal to 75 years
6. Patients with cardiac pacemaker implantation
7. Patients with habitual NSAIDs consumption (including aspirin)
8. patients with malignancy, psychiatric disorder, serious liver, kidney, cardiac, or hematopoietic disorders
9. Patients during pregnancy, those suspicious of pregnancy, those with breast-feeding, or those who are planning conception
10. Patients who are judged unsuitable for the participation
