目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
水溶性食物繊維の摂取が自閉症スペクトラム障害児の腸内細菌叢、血液中炎症性サイトカインに与える影響を調べる。具体的には、水溶性食物繊維摂取の前後で腸内細菌叢および血液中のサイトカイン濃度の変化を調べる。また、慢性便秘や自閉症スペクトラム障害の症状
に改善がみられるかについても検討する。

Effect of ingestion of water soluble dietary fiber on gut microbiota and serum inflammatory cytokines in children with autism spectrum spectrum disorder is evaluated. The composition of gut microbiota and concentration of serum inflammatory cytokines are evaluated before and after ingestion of water soluble dietary fiber.

水溶性食物繊維を1日6g以上摂取させる。
最低4週間以上水溶性食物繊維を摂取させる。
摂取の仕方に制限は与えない。いかなる飲み物、食べ物に水溶性食物繊維を添加して摂取しても良い。

Ingestion of water soluble dietary fiber at least 6g per day.
Duration of the ingestion is at least 4 weeks.
Ingestion can be achieved by any method. Water soluble dietary fiber can be supplemented to any of food and drink.

２．強い偏食あるいは慢性の便秘を認める
