参加3施設において、2012年1月～2017年12月の期間に、6か月の間に上部および下部消化管内視鏡検査の両方を施行された症例

In the enrolled 3 institutions, from January 2012 to December 2017, patients who received both EGD and colonoscopy during 6 months.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

大腸切除歴のある症例（ただし、調査時の3年前までに判明している腺腫・癌腫の治療症例は関連疾患として付記する。）、食道術後、胃全摘後、噴門部切除後
