近年、抗菌薬の効かない薬剤耐性菌が増加しており、当院においても問題となっている。新たな抗菌薬の開発は進んでおらず、薬剤耐性菌による感染症の治療は困難を極めている。このような状況を踏まえて抗菌薬の適正使用と感染予防・管理がますます重要となってきている。今回当院における感染症に対する動向調査・監視することで薬剤耐性及び抗菌薬の使用量を継続的に監視し、薬剤耐性の変化や拡大の予兆を的確に把握したい。

In recent years, antibiotic - resistant drug - resistant bacteria are increasing, which is also a problem in our hospital. Development of new antimicrobial drugs has not progressed, and treatment of infections by drug-resistant bacteria is extremely difficult. In light of these circumstances, the proper use of antibiotics and the prevention and control of infection have become increasingly important. We would like to monitor drug resistance and antibiotic usage continuously by surveying and monitoring trends in infectious diseases at our hospital and accurately grasp changes in drug resistance and signs of expansion.
