患者背景（年齢・性別・膵炎の既往・PS・ASA・飲酒歴・喫煙歴など）
処置前の胆管炎の有無。
ERCP手技のちがい(胆管目的・膵管目的・EST・EPBD・生検・IDUS・胆管ステント・膵管ステントなど)によるPEP発症率
膵管挿管の有無・膵管造影の有無によるPEP発症率
胆管挿管時間によるPEP発症率
上記項目におけるERCP2時間後/翌日の膵酵素の上昇頻度や程度・炎症反応（WBC・CRP）の程度
上記項目におけるPEPの程度。

Patient background (age, sex, past history of pancreatitis, PS, ASA, drinking history, smoking history etc.).
Presence or absence of cholangitis before treatment.
PEP incidence rate due to differences in ERCP procedures (bile duct obesity, pancreatic ductal purpose, EST, EPBD, biopsy, IDUS, biliary stent, pancreatic duct stent, etc.).
PEP incidence rate with or without pancreatic ductal intubation/ ductography.
PEP incidence rate due to bile duct intubation time.
Increase frequency and degree of pancreatic enzyme and inflammatory reaction (WBC, CRP) after 2 hours of ERCP/ next day in the above items.
The degree of PEP in the above items.

ERCP終了時に内視鏡的に氷水を十二指腸下行脚に注入し、乳頭を冷却する。注入方法はジェット送水器を使用し、冷水を250ml注入する。

Before ending with ERCP, ice water is injected endoscopically into the lower duodenum to cool the duodenal papilla. Injection method uses a jet water pump, inject 250 ml of cold water.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
ERCPが施行可能な症例で、乳頭処置を施行された既往がない。
登録時の年齢が20歳以上である。
研究参加について十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、研究対象者本人から本人の自由意志による文書による同意が得られている。

ERCP can be enforced, there is no history of nipple treatment was enforced.
The age at registration is over 20 years old.
After getting enough explanation about participation in research, with sufficient understanding, written consent was obtained from the research subject himself / herself by the free will of the person him / herself.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

ERCP歴の患者
術後再建腸管の患者(billroth-Ⅰ再建を除く)
急性膵炎の患者
心不全などで飲水制限の必要な患者
研究責任者または担当医師が本研究を実施するのに不適当と判断した患者

Patient with a history of ERCP
Patient in postoperative reconstructed intestinal tract (Except for billroth-I)
Patients with acute pancreatitis
Patients who require drinking restriction due to heart failure etc.
Patients who are judged inappropriate for the research director or the attending physician to conduct this study
