日本語
歯周病の治療において、プラークや歯石の除去は最も重要な治療法である。特にプラークは短時間で歯面に沈着するため、患者自身による日々のセルフケアにより除去する必要がある。その際、一般的には歯磨剤を使用してブラッシングを行うが、近年血行促進効果を持つ1,2ニコチン酸トコフェロール(ビタミンEn：VEN)を含有する歯磨剤が市販されている。
本研究ではすでに市販されているVEN含有歯磨剤とプラセボ歯磨剤を用いたクロスオーバー試験を行い、歯肉血流促進作用およびその臨床的効果を検討する。

In the periodontal therapy, removal of plaque and calculus is the most important treatment. Since plaque deposits on the tooth surface in an short time, it is necessary to remove it by daily self-care by the patient himself/herself. Generally brushing is performed using a dentifrice, and recently toothpaste containing 1,2 tocoperol nicotinate (vitamin En: VEN) which has a blood flow promoting effect is commercially available.
In this study, a crossover test using VEN containing dentifrice and placebo dentifrice, which is already on the market, is carried out, and the gingival blood flow promoting action and its clinical effect are examined.
