(1) 対象者は、北河内心不全レジストリに登録されている心不全患者のうち枚方公済病院に外来受診の予定がある患者と心不全や心筋梗塞の既往のない外来通院患者とする

(2)本研究への参加にあたり説明を受けた後、理解の上で自由意志による文書同意が得られた患者

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

(1)ビタミンの薬剤を処方されている患者

(2)90歳以上の患者

(3)eGFRが30mL/min/1.73m2以下の患者

主な結果/Results

日本語
心不全リスクの有無に関してロジスティクス回帰分析を行った結果、有意な寄与因子は脂質補正後のγトコフェロール濃度、推算糸球体濾過値であった（調整因子：年齢、性別、BMI、中性脂肪値、マロンジアルデヒド修飾 LDL）。以上より、血清γT濃度が高い者は心不全のリスクが低いことが示唆された。

A logistic regression analysis adjusted for age, gender, BMI, triglycerides, malondialdehyde-modified LDL showed that the significant contributors to the risk of heart failure were lipid-corrected gamma-tocopherol concentration and estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR). These results suggest that subjects with higher serum gamma-tocopherol levels are at a lower risk of heart failure.
