目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
現在、パーキンソン病患者に対して自動車運転の中止を助言するための指標がない。以前、パーキンソン病患者に対する自動車事故についてアンケート用紙を用いた聞き取り調査により、一部の患者で運転技術の低下が疑われた。運転技術の低下の原因として、運動症状の増悪や罹病期間、衝動制御障害との関連は考えられたものの、過去の自動車事故の有無と調査時の運動症状や一般的な認知機能検査の情報しか得られず、時間差が見られ、実際にどの症候が運転技術と関連しているのか不明であった。その為、今回の研究では自動車運転歴のあるパーキンソン病患者を対象に、運転シミュレータを用いた運転技術評価を行い、評価時の認知機能、遂行機能、注意機能と運動症状を評価して、運転技術と認知機能、運動症状との関連を調査する。

At present, there is no indicator for advising Parkinson's disease patient to stop driving a car. In this study, we evaluated driving skills using driving simulators for patients with parkinson's disease who had a history of driving and evaluated the cognitive function, performance function, attention function. We will examine which inspection items are related to decline in driving skills.
