IoTデバイスを活用したアプリを用いて、健診にて特定保健指導の対象となった方の生活に介入し、6ヶ月後に準備期から実行期への行動変容に伴い脂質プロファイルの有意な改善が起こったかどうかを検証すること

従来の特定保健指導にAI・IoTを用いたアプリでのオンライン指導を付加する。

i)あすけんアプリを用い生活記録を行う(1回/日以上の記録を推奨)
ii)あすけん連携体重計に乗り(または手動で)体重を記録する
iii)あすけん連携血圧計を用い血圧を記録する

i)Record meals on the application and get feed back from AI nutritionist.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

i)特定保健指導に該当しない方
ii)高血圧, 脂質異常症, 糖尿病にて内服治療中の方
iii)研究責任医師/分担医師の判断により対象として不適当と判断した方

ii)Taking medications for hypertension, dyslipidemia and/or diabetes mellitus
iii)Individuals ineligible for the study determined by doctors
