主な結果/Results

TEVAR後に大動脈食道瘻を発症した39例中32例に食道切除術が、22例に大動脈置換術が施行された。術後合併症は24例(75%)に発生し、Clavien-Dindo分類III以上の合併症は53.1％であった。手術死亡率、在院死亡率は3.1%、18.8%であった。食道切除を施行した症例の生存率は食道切除を施行しなかった症例に比較して有意に良好であった（P<0.0001)。食道切除術と大動脈置換術を弊施した症例の予後はそれ以外に比較して有意に良好であった（P<0.0001)。
