平成24年3月～平成29年10月までに滋賀医科大学付属病院消化器内科に通院歴のある、あるいは入院例のある炎症性腸疾患の方、および炎症性腸疾患を有しない方。

From March 2012 until October 2017 Shiga Medical University Hospital If you have a history of inflammatory bowel disease who has a history of gastroenterology, or has hospitalized cases, and who does not have inflammatory bowel disease

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

・採便時から1ヶ月以内に抗生物質、整腸剤の投与を受けた者
・研究責任（分担）医師が被験者として不適当と判断した者
・同研究にサンプル・情報提供の停止を求めた者

＜研究の実施方法＞
潰瘍性大腸炎、クローン病および健常者の便検体を用いた臨床研究のために保存されていた便検体を用いて行う。それぞれの臨床研究における同意書及び説明書を用いて取得されている。同意書および説明書は症例群（潰瘍性大腸炎、クローン病）、対照群それぞれに取得されている。
＜選択基準＞
・平成24年3月～平成29年10月までに滋賀医科大学付属病院消化器内科に通院歴のある、あるいは入院例のある炎症性腸疾患の方、および炎症性腸疾患を有しない方。
・20歳以上の者
＜観察・検査項目＞
患者の年齢、性別、罹病期間、病歴、治療歴、検体採取時の臨床所見（疾患スコア）・血液検査所見（Hb, CRP, ESR, Alb）、内視鏡所見。
いずれの項目も、糞便採取した時期に最も近いデータを診療録より収集する。
対照群のデータは上記項目のうち、診療録上確認できるもののみを収集する。

<Method>
Ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease and stool specimens preserved for clinical studies using stool specimens of healthy subjects. It has been acquired using consent form and instruction manual for each clinical study. Consent form and instructions are acquired in case groups(ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease)and control group, respectively.
<Selection criteria>
From March 2012 until October 2017 Shiga Medical University Hospital If you have a history of inflammatory bowel disease who has a history of gastroenterology, or has hospitalized cases, and who does not have inflammatory bowel disease.
Those over 20 years old.
<Observation and inspection items>
Clinical findings(disease score)at the time of sample collection, blood test findings (Hb, CRP, ESR, Alb), endoscopic findings, patient age, sex, disease duration, medical history, treatment history.
In both items, data closest to the time of fecal sampling is collected from the medical record.
For the data of the control group, only those which can be confirmed on medical record among the above items are collected.
