本研究は加齢変化に伴う歯の触圧覚刺激（歯根膜刺激）に伴う大脳皮質一次体性感覚野における受容の変化を脳磁計（MEG）により検出することである。

1.同意取得時に20才以上の男女
2.上下顎左側犬歯、第一大臼歯が残存している者
3.自由意思により本研究への参加に文書で同意した者
4.研究実施にあたり最低限の意思疎通の可能な者

1.Men and Women over 20 years of age at the time of obtaining informed consent
2.Subjects who have canine and first molar in left side of madiblar and maxillary
3.Subjects who agreed with the document to participate in this research
4.Subjects who do not have communication disorder

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.口腔粘膜疾患を有する者
2.歯科治療が困難な著しい嘔吐反射を有する者
3.被験歯にC2以上のう蝕、歯髄炎、歯周炎（6点法で計測し、歯周ポケット6mm以上かつBOPがある部位を有する）が認められる者
4.MRI・MEG 検査事前確認チェックシートにて不適格と判定された者
5.その他、研究責任者または研究分担者が研究参加を困難と判断した者

1.Subjects who have oral mucosal disease
2.Subjects with severe vomiting reflex
3.Subjects who have C2 caties and more teeth which have >=6mm periodontal pocket with bleednigs
4.Subjects who have judged disqualification by MRI/MEG inspection check sheet
5.Subjects who have judged that it is difficlt to participate in this study
