主な結果/Results |
15名で実験プロトコールを完遂した。
45度の頸部の進展と屈曲において、血圧変動の指標などには変化は見られたが、平均脳血流速度は変化せず、動的脳血流自動調節の指標にも変化はみられなかった。
この結果から、頸部の進展と屈曲中に、健常者においては、血圧変動の入力が変化しても脳循環の自動調節は維持されると考えられた。 |
Arterial blood pressure (ABP) and cerebral blood flow velocity were measured during neck flexion and extension in the sitting position.
Mean ABP variability in the low frequency range increased significantly during both neck flexion and extension compared with the upright head position; however, no changes in the transfer function gain were seen in that range.
The present results suggest that dynamic cerebral autoregulation may be maintained during neck flexion and extension in healthy adults. |

ポスターによる公募後、スライドと説明書を用いた説明を行い質疑応答をへて、参加の意思を表明した者に、健康診断結果の問診と心電図、血圧測定で、循環系の既往歴やアレルギー、現在医学的に異常がないことを確認。経頭蓋ドプラ血流計で右の中大脳動脈脳血流速度信号が描出されることを確認。同意書に署名をもらい実験に参加。 |
After explanation of this study to candidates by recruitment with the poster, all participants provided written informed consent as well as a medical history regarding circulation and were screened based on a physical examination including electrocardiography and blood pressure measurements. Exclusion criteria comprised failure to obtain CBF velocity signals in the right middle cerebral artery by transcranial Doppler ultrasonography. |
