本研究の目的は、修学不適応感を持つ大学生に対し，修学不適応感を緩和することを目的とした認知行動療法を開発し，効果を検証することである。

主な結果/Results

日本語
修学不適応感を持つ大学生に対し認知行動療法を実施した結果，34名中22名に修学不適応感の改善がみられた。介入前に比べ1ヶ月後の抑うつ（BDI-II）および精神的健康（GHQ-28）は有意な減少を示した。

Cognitive-behavioral therapy was conducted with university students who experienced a sense of maladjustment in schooling. 22 of 34 students showed improvement in their sense of maladjustment in schooling. Depression (BDI-II) and mental health (GHQ-28) decreased significantly after one month compared to before the intervention.

大学生の修学状況はメンタルヘルスと深く関連している。休退学者の中には，修学に関して不適応感を感じている学生が多い。修学不適応感が持続することで，気分障害を発症しているケースも少なくない。

The academic status of university students is closely related to their mental health. Many students who take a leave of absence from school often feel maladjusted to their studies. In a few cases, the persistent feeling of maladjustment to study has led to the development of mood disorders.

参加者の流れ/Participant flow

本研究では，修学不適応感を持つ者に認知行動療法の参加を呼びかけた。同意を得られた者に全6回の認知行動療法を実施した。

In this study, those who felt maladjusted to school were invited to participate in cognitive-behavioral therapy. A total of six sessions of cognitive-behavioral therapy were conducted with those who gave informed consent.
