2015年1月1日から2018年6月1日までに非心原生脳梗塞で入院となった症例。

Patients who admitted for NCS attack from Jan 2015 to June 2018.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・CTとMRIに画像所見を認めなかった症例。
・透析療法を施行中の症例。
・入院時に血液検査が施行されなかった症例。

英語
Patients with negative findings on computed tomography (CT) nor magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
Patients undergoing dialysis therapy.
Patients in whom laboratory data on admission were not assessed.

春（n=23） vs 夏（n=25） vs 秋（n=14） vs 冬（n=31）における非心原生脳梗塞患者におけるBUN/Cre比は19.9±5.9 vs 19.7±7.3 vs 18.2±4.5 vs 19.0±3.8（P=0.897）、Hctは40.6±5.3 vs 41.5±5.5 vs 39.7±6.9 vs 41.4±5.2 %（P=0.722）、血清浸透圧は290.3±4.2 vs 289.8±5.1 vs 288.9±4.6 vs 289.9±4.9 mOsm/kg（P=0.869）でいずれも有意差は認めなかった。

研究期間：2015年1月1日から2018年6月30日
適格条件：非心原性脳梗塞による入院患者
除外条件：画像検査陰性例、入院時血液検査非施行例、血液透析非実施例。

This is a retrospective study of patients admitted for non-cardioembolic ischemic stroke between Jan 2015 and June 2018. Patients with negative findings on computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) were excluded, as well as those diagnosed as suffering cardioembolic stroke (CS) or stroke with other or undetermined etiology. Additionally, patients on dialysis and those lacking laboratory data on admission were also excluded.
