地域住民10名を対象に、月2回、３か月間のヨガ教室を開催し、ホームトレーニングを促す。実施前後と途中で身体機能評価と心理的評価、筋力測定を実施し効果を明らかにする。

教室実施機関に継続して受講できる参加者
教室開始時および終了時に評価が可能である参加者。
本研究の参加にあたり、十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた参加者

1)The participant who it confinucs during class enforement period and chan take lectures.
2)The participant that an evaluation is possible at the start and the end of this class.
3)THe particiant that document agreeement byu the free will of the person was provided after enough understanding after
having recieved enough explanation on particiang of this study.

何らかの疾患に侵攻により教室継続困難となった参加者
教室運営医師により受講中止すべきと判断された参加者
その他教室運営医師により不適当と判断された参加者

doctor to quit it during attendance.
