選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1．初発の脳卒中
2．脳卒中発症後1ヶ月～6ヶ月
3．片麻痺で非麻痺側に明らかな麻痺がない
4．Mini-Mental State Examinationが24点以上で、研究内容の理解が可能
5．年齢が40歳～80歳
6．監視にて起立が可能
7．研究参加の同意が得られる

英語
1. First-ever stroke
2. Stroke within 1 to 6 months
3. Unilateral hemiparetic stroke
4. No severe cognitive impairment (a Mini-mental State Examination score of 24 or more)
5. Age between 40 and 80 years
6. Able to stand up without manual assistance
7. Consent to participate in this study

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1．心房細動などの不整脈
2．高次脳機能障害のために検査の遂行が困難
3．心臓ペースメーカーを留置している
4．安静背臥位にて心拍数が120 bpm以上または収縮期血圧が90 mmHg以下
5．脳卒中以外の神経疾患の既往がある

1. Arrhythmia such as atrial fibrillation
2. Cognitive impairment leading to inability to cooperate
3. Using a cardiac pacemaker
4. A heart rate of more than 120 bpm or a systolic blood pressure of less than 90 mmHg during supine at rest
5. Other neurologic conditions in addition to stroke
