全身麻酔後に行う神経ブロックの鎮痛効果判定として瞳孔径変化を用いる方法が報告されている。本研究では、大腿神経ブロック施行後の瞳孔径変化を解析し、鎮痛効果判定に有用な指標を検討・解析する。

プロポフォールで全身麻酔導入後、超音波ガイド下に大腿神経ブロックを行い、局所麻酔薬液投与前、投与1分後、3分後、5分後、10分後、15分後にブロック側の膝前面に電気刺激を行い瞳孔径測定器を用いて刺激前後の瞳孔径の変化を測定する。また、対照として対側の膝前面に対しても同様に電気刺激を行い、瞳孔径の変化を測定する。

After administration of propofol, ultrasound-guided femoral nerve block is performed and electrical stimulation is performed to an anterior surface of the knee. We measure pupil diameter before and after stimulation, before the administration of the local anesthetic solution, 1 minute, 3 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes after the administration of the local anesthetic solution.
Also, as a control, electrical stimulation is similarly applied to the anterior surface of the knee on the contralateral side, and pupil diameter are measured.
