日本語
本研究では，定型的な開腹手術や腹腔鏡手術において，日常的に使用されている癒着防止材の有益性を改めて，検証することを目的とする。各参加施設で腹腔鏡下大腸癌切除術を施行予定の患者を対象に，癒着防止材（セプラフィルム，インターシード，アドスプレー）の使用の有無，癒着防止材の種類により，術後に癒着が原因と考えられる症状の発現率に差を認めるかどうかを，Stage II/IIIといった従来の予後予測因子だけでなく，保険適応内において測定可能な癌体細胞変異情報も加味し検討する。

①癒着防止材（セプラフィルム，インターシード，アドスプレー）間における癒着関連合併症・癒着防止材関連合併症発生率
②癒着防止材散布部位による癒着関連合併症・癒着防止材関連合併症発生率
③治癒切除が施行されたStage II/III大腸癌の術後再発率・無再発生存期間・全生存期間
④保険適応内において測定された体細胞変異（MSI/RASKET-B）により層別された大腸癌群間における癒着関連合併症・癒着防止材関連合併症発生率・治癒切除が施行されたStage II/III大腸癌の術後再発率・無再発生存期間・全生存期間

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

１) 腹腔鏡下大腸癌切除が可能と判断されている症例
２) PS：0～２（ ECOG performance status score ）の症例
３) 患者本人より文書による同意が得られた症例
４) 登録日から1年以上の生存が可能と判断されている症例

1) Patients who are planned to laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer.
2) PS: 0 to 2 (ECOG performance status score).
3) Patients who can agree to join this study by written consent.
4) Patients judged to be able to survive for more than 1 year from the date of registration.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
１) 使用する癒着防止材の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある症例
２) 　画像上，癌性腹水/腹膜播種が認められる症例
３) そのほか，担当医師が本試験への参加を不適当と認めた症例

1) History of allergy for adhesion barriers
2) Cancerous ascites or peritoneal dissemination is observed on radiographic image
3) The attending physician deems inappropriate for participation in this study
