日本語
60分間の監視型運動療法を週1回および在宅ベースの非監視型運動療法を週2回以上、連続24週間実施する。運動療法の内容はストレッチング、 レジスタンストレーニング、ウォーキングやステップ体操などの有酸素運動とする。運動負荷は、レジスタンストレーニングでは1RMの60%程度、有酸素運動ではBorg Scaleによる自覚的運動強度が11-13になる程度で処方する。

Patients in the exercise group will undergo stretching, resistance, and aerobic training once a week at our rehabilitation center and more than twice a week at home for 24 weeks. The intensity will be prescribed at about 60% of one repetition maximum in the resistance training, and the rating of perceived exertion (Borg scale) is 11 to 13 in the aerobic training.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

自立歩行が困難な患者　
認知症の診断がなされている患者
腎代替療法施行患者(人工透析、腎移植)
６ヶ月以内に腎代替療法導入予定の患者
Fontaine分類Ⅱ度以上の末梢閉塞性動脈疾患を有する患者
医師より運動制限を受けている患者
不安定狭心症を合併する患者
コントロール不良な糖尿病患者
その他医師が症例組み入れに不適当と判断した患者
