選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

以下a～cのいずれかに該当する患者
a: 画像検査 (CT, MRI, IVP, RP)で上部尿路腫瘍を疑い、かつ尿細胞診陰性・異形細胞また
は悪性疑いの患者
b: 膀胱腫瘍陰性, かつ尿細胞診陽性または悪性疑いの患者
c: 上部尿路腫瘍に対して経尿道的内視鏡治療を行う患者

The following are inclusion criteria
a, suspect of UTUC for imaging study(CT, MRI, IVP, RP) and negative urinary cytology
b, suspect of UTUC for negative bladder tumor and positive urinary cytology
c, Undergoing ureteroscopic treatment for UTUC

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1） 画像検査で腫瘤を認め、かつ患側尿細胞診悪性の患者
2） ポルフィリン症患者またはポルフィリン類縁物質に対して過敏症又は既往のある患者
3） 5-ALAに過敏症の既往がある患者

The following are exclusion criteria
1) patient with positive imaging finding and positive urinary cytology
2) patient with porphyrine allegery
3) patient with 5ALA allegery
