心血管死、致死的心筋梗塞、心不全死、不整脈死、脳卒中・狭心症入院の発生。

A composite endpoint will include cardiovascular death, fatal AMI, hospitalization for heart failure, arrhythmia, stroke, and hospitalization for unstable angina. Events will be analyzed as time from enrolment to first occurrence of any event from the composite endpoint.

20歳以上で、心電図上虚血性変化を伴う狭心症様症状を有し、冠動脈造影上は正常所見を呈し冠動脈攣縮の関与も認めず、その原因が冠微小血管機能異常によるものと考えられる患者。

Patients with microvascular angina (MVA). In the present study, MVA is defined as angina and ischemic ECG changes without organic obstructive stenosis or epicardial spasm of the coronary arteries.

COVADISは2013年に設立され、世界8施設(2015年5月現在)からなる研究組織である。冠攣縮に関する成因や病態について基礎的・臨床的見地から最先端の研究を行う事を目的に活動を行っている。運営委員会の委員会は下記。
C. Noel Bairey Merz, MD (Study co-chair, USA)、John Beltrame, MBBS (Study co-chair, Australia)、Hiroaki Shimokawa MD (PI, DCC, Japan)、Hisao Ogawa MD (PI, Japan)、Udo Sechtem (PI, Germany)、Peter Ong (PI, Germany)、Juan Carlos Kaski (PI, United Kingdom)、 Filippo Crea (PI, Italy)、Paolo Camici (PI, Italy)。
(2) 冠攣縮研究会（多施設共同研究）
冠攣縮研究会は、東北大学循環器病態学分野を事務局とし、85施設(2015年5月現在)からなる研究組織である。冠攣縮研究会は冠攣縮に関する成因や病態について基礎的・臨床的見地から最先端の研究を行う事を目的に2006年に設立され、その活動内容はインターネット上 HPにて公開している（http://csa.cardiovascular-medicine.jp/）。

Coronary Vasomotor Disorder Study Group (COVADIS)
COVADIS was formed in 2013 and currently consists of 8 institutes in the world. It aims to conduct researches on the pathophysiology regarding the coronary circulation.
The Steering Committee of COVADIS will consist of the principal investigators from each of geographic international sites and the DCC, and the overall study co-chairpersons. The Steering Committee members are as follows: C. Noel Bairey Merz, MD (Study co-chair, USA), John Beltrame, MBBS (Study co-chair, Australia), Hiro Shimokawa MD (PI, DCC, Japan), Hisao Ogawa MD (PI, Japan), Udo Sechtem (PI, Germany), Peter Ong (PI, Germany), Juan Carlos Kaski (PI, United Kingdom), Filippo Crea (PI, Italy), and Paolo Camici (PI, Italy). From time to time, some other investigators or consultants may be asked to serve as ex-officio members.
The Steering Committee will operate in a consensus mode relative to the formulation of all policy and publication decisions. The Steering Committee will meet regularly to review the status of study policy and publications. A summary of these meetings will be recorded by a Steering Committee member or designee. These summaries will be distributed to members of the Steering Committee in advance for review and approval at the next Committee meeting. Upon approval, these summaries will constitute part of the permanent record of the COVADIS project maintained by the co-chairs.
