a.非ポリープ症例
1.過去5年以内に大腸内視鏡検査でポリープを指摘されていない.
2.過去5年以内に大腸ポリープを切除していない。
3.参加者本人が研究内容について十分な説明を受け、文書同意している.

b.大腸ポリープ症例
1.大腸内視鏡検査でポリープを指摘され、内視鏡的切除予定の症例.
2.参加者本人が研究内容について十分な説明を受け、文書同意している.

c.大腸癌症例
1.組織学的に大腸癌であることが確認されている.
2.参加者本人が研究内容について十分な説明を受け、文書同意している.

1.No colorectal polyp in colonoscopy within the past 5 years.
2.No polypectomy or EMR for colorectal polyp within the past 5 years.

5.その他、担当医師が本試験の登録には不適当と判断した症例
