内視鏡的に切除され、組織学的に治癒切除が得られたことが証明された早期食道癌患者で、切除後少なくとも1年以上の存命が確認できた患者

Patients with early esophageal cancer after endoscopic resection who had been proved curative excision histologically and had survived at least 1 year after resection

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1） 深達度が粘膜下層200μm以深になるもの。
2） 切除深部断端が陽性。
3） 内視鏡治療時に、CT、超音波内視鏡検査でリンパ節転移を疑う病変を認めるもの。
4） 内視鏡治療後1年以内の死亡例（死因の如何を問わない）

1. The depth reaching submucosa below 200 micro-meter.
2. Excision deep end stump is positive.
3. CT, ultrasound endoscopic examination recognizes lesions suspected of lymph node metastasis.
4. Death cases within 1 year after endoscopic treatment (regardless of cause of death)

内視鏡治療後1年間生存した患者を1年後から毎年フォローする内視鏡、採血データ、臨床情報を抽出する。最終的にはがん登録を用いて、予後調査を行う、観察研究である。
