前向きコホート研究
足湯 40℃ 15分間施行。足湯に浸かったまま5分間の心拍変動測定後に、2分間の瞳孔対光反射測定を行う。
瞳孔対光反射は異なる４つの光強度を用意する。
また足湯前後で気分の変化をPOMSで評価
入浴前と入浴後の自立神経活動変化を反映するパラメータの同定とその条件を探索する

foot bath under 40 degrees for 15 mins, followed by
5 mins for hear rate variability measurements and 2 mins for pupil light reflex measurements
Preparing for 4 different stimulus intensity of pupil light reflex
POMS evaluation for mood alteration induced by foot bath
The aim of this study is to investigate heart rate variability and pupil light reflex parameters and criteria reflecting autonomic alteration induced by foot bath.
