小児鼠径ヘルニアの対側PPV 2・3型に対し、PPVの電気焼灼を行うことにより、対側の鼠径ヘルニアの発症を予防することができるか検討する

We will investigate whether PPV electrocautery can be applied to contralateral inguinal hernia against contralateral PPV 2.3 versus pediatric inguinal hernia to prevent onset of contralateral inguinal hernia.

対側PPV 2・3型を電気焼灼すると、鼠径ヘルニアの対側発症が起こらないという、電気焼灼術の有効性について評価する。

日本語
徳島大学病院小児外科・小児内視鏡外科を受診し、片側鼠径ヘルニアと診断され、LPECを施行し、対側PPV2・3型を認めた症例を対象とする。対側PPVに対して、電気焼灼術を行い、対側発症を予防できるか検討する。

We examined patients with pediatric surgery and pediatric endoscopic surgery at the Tokushima University hospital, who were diagnosed as unilateral inguinal hernia, underwent LPEC and recognized contralateral PPV type 2,3. To the contralateral PPV, electrocautery is performed to investigate whether it can prevent contralateral onset.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

鼠径部の触診（臨床所見：膨隆があるか）で行う。また、超音波検査で腹膜と連続するPPVを確認する。しかし、超音波検査については、必須基準とはしない。

Do palpation of the inguinal region (clinical findings: there is bulging). Also, confirm the PPV continuous with the peritoneum by ultrasonic examination. However, ultrasonic examination is not an essential criterion.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

鼠径ヘルニアの再発症例や、他の手術で鼠径部を操作している症例。

A case of inguinal hernia recurrence or other gross operation with other surgery.
