早期胃がんに対する内視鏡的粘膜下層剥離術の際の消化管蠕動運動抑制に鍼刺激を用いる方法を確立するため、その実施可能性および安全性の検討を行う。

内視鏡的粘膜下層剥離術中の蠕動運動の状態を手術に参加していない別の内視鏡医によって丹羽分類を使用て評価する。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1 早期胃がん患者（深達度T1)

2 全身状態が安定している（施術１週間以内に感染症兆候が無く、がん関連症状の急激な悪化が無く、使用している薬剤量や薬剤の内容も一致している）と主治医が判断した患者。

3 意思疎通が可能で研究内容が理解可能な患者。

1 Patients with the early stage of gastric cancer (invasion depth T1)

2 Patients whose overall condition is considered stable (no signs of infection within one week prior to operation and no steep deterioration of symptoms related to cancer, and medication is stable in amount and content) by their physicians in charge

3 Patients who are able to communicate and able to understand the contents of the study

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1 過去に胃部分切除の既往がある患者

2 コントロール不良な糖尿病もしくは重度の心疾患を合併している患者

3 重度の精神障害や認知症を有し、意思疎通が不可能な患者

1 Patients who have a history of partial gastrectomy

2 Patients who have the complication of uncontrolled diabetes or severe heart disease

3 Patients who are not able to communicate due to severe mental disability or dementia
