日本語
Diabetic Handの有病率を横断的、継続的に調査する。Diabetic Handの有無と手の機能やQOLの関係を解析し、Diabetic Handが存在することによってどれだけ患者が不便さを感じているかを調査する。またDiabetic handの有無と糖尿病の患者背景（年齢、性別、罹病期間、耐糖能、合併症、治療法等）との関連を調査しDiabetic Hand発症に関与する因子を解析する。

To examine the prevalence of diabetic hands crossingly and continuously. Analyze the relationship between the existence of Diabetic Hand and hand functions and QOL. Investigate how much the patient is inconvenienced by the existence of Diabetic Hand.
Investigate the relationship between diabetic hand and the background of diabetes patients (age, gender, duration of disease, glucose tolerance, complications, treatment, etc.)
Analysis of factors involved in the development of Diabetic Hand

① 背景情報（症例登録時）：年齢、性別、病歴、診断名、合併症歴、治療歴、当院作成アンケート
② 患者ADL,QOL調査（年1回）：HAND10(ADL評価)、EQ-5D(QOL評価)
③ 理学所見（年1回）：手の診察所見、足の診察所見、神経学的所見
④ 血液検査（年1回以上）：耐糖能検査、脂質代謝、肝機能、腎機能、電解質
⑤ 尿検査（年1回以上）：一般検尿、アルブミン，蛋白、クレアチニン
⑥ 生理学的検査（年1回）：心電図、ABI/PWV、頚動脈エコー、骨密度測定
⑦ その他（診断に必要時）：神経伝導速度検査、血液検査（CRP、リウマトイド因子、CCP抗体、赤沈検査）、手指関節超音波検査、手指関節MRI検査、手指X線検査

Blood test (at least once a year): glucose tolerance test, lipid metabolism, liver function, kidney function, electrolyte

Urinalysis (once a year or more): general urinalysis, albumin, protein, creatinine

Physiological examination (once a year): electrocardiogram, ABI / PWV, carotid echo, bone density measurement

Other (when necessary for diagnosis): nerve conduction velocity test, blood test (CRP, rheumatoid factor, CCP antibody, sperm separation test), finger joint ultrasonic examination, finger joint MRI examination, finger x-ray inspection
