目的/Objectives

日本語
歯科口腔外科手術の周術期管理において、高濃度(80%)吸入酸素濃度と従来型(30%)吸入酸素濃度の違いにより、術後感染の発症率および酸素療法による副作用の発症率を比較検討し、歯科口腔外科手術の周術期における適切な吸入酸素濃度の設定値を提唱することを目的とする。

The purpose of this study is to propose appropriate concentration of inhaled oxygen in perioperative period of orofacial surgery by comparison of incidence of postoperative infection and side effects between 80% fraction of inhaled oxygen and 30% fraction of inhaled oxygen.

酸素中毒、肺気腫などの肺疾患の既往がある患者
