選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
（1） 8週間以上持続する慢性咳そうで、以下のいずれかを満たす。
　　1) 胸やけ、呑酸など胃食道逆流の食道症状を伴う。
　　2) 咳払い、嗄声など胃食道逆流の咽喉頭症状を伴う。
　　3) 咳が会話、食事、起床、上半身前屈、体重増加などに伴って悪化する。
　　4) 咳そうの原因となる薬剤の服用（ACE阻害薬など）がなく、気管支拡張薬、吸入ステロイド薬、抗アレルギー薬などの治療が無効あるいは効果不十分。
（2） 20歳以上の患者。
（3） 文書による説明同意の得られた患者。

1)presence of heartburn and acid esophagus
2)presence of throat head symptoms such as thrombosis and hoarseness
3)cough worsens with conversation, meal, get up, upper body flexion and weight gain
4)no medications (such as ACE inhibitors) that cause coughing and bronchodilators, inhaled corticosteroids and antiallergic drugs are ineffective
(2)over 20 years old
(3)written consent form

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1) 胸部レントゲン写真上、異常陰影を認める患者。
(2) 既にプロトンポンプ阻害剤を含めた制酸剤を服用した、または現在服用している患者。
(3) 試験薬の成分に過敏症を示す患者。
(4) HIV治療薬との併用が想定される患者。
(5) その他、本試験の担当者が不適当と判断した患者。
