主な結果/Results

日本語
放射線治療に水素ガス吸入を併用しなかった場合は白血球と血小板の減少が見られたが、赤血球、ヘモグロビンおよびヘマトクリットには影響が見られなかった。しかし、放射線治療に水素ガス吸入を併用した場合は白血球と血小板の減少の有意な改善が見られた。本試験の結果は第7回日本分子状水素医学生物学会（2017年10月開催）で発表された。

Radiotherapy without hyperbaric hydrogen inhalation significantly reduced white blood cells and platelets, but not red blood cells, hemoglobin and hematocrit. In contrast, radiotherapy with hyperbaric hydrogen gas inhalation significantly attenuated the reducing effects of white blood cells and platelets. The result of this study was reported at 7th Meeting of the Japanese Biomedical Association of Molecular Hydrogen (held on October, 2017).
