アルツハイマー型認知症の発症前後に於いて、アミロイドβ（Ａβ）蓄積のバイオマーカーとして11C-PET検査の陽性者がどの時期に、どのようにアルツハイマー認知症に進行するかを検討する

The aim is to evaluate preclinical AD and MCI due to AD using PET amyloid imaging as a beta amyloid biomarker,and to clarify the progression of pre-symptomatic stage to AD dementia.
