選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1)初発脳卒中患者
2)発症後期間90日-120日
3)補助具・補装具なしでの歩行が見守りおよび自立の者
4)MMSE-Jが23点以上で研究の内容が理解でき、同意が得られた者

1) First-time stroke patients
2) 90 to 120 days after onset
3) able to walk independently without assistive tool / brace
4) MMSE-J >= 23 points, and those who can understand the content of the research and gained consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1)評価実施時間中に痙縮に関する薬物療法が新たに開始された者（例：抗痙縮薬内服、ボツリヌス毒素注射）
2)歩行機能に影響する重度の整形外科的疾患を有する者
3)重篤な心疾患（不安定狭心症、発症から短期間の心筋梗塞、非代償性うっ血性心不全、急性肺性心、コントロール不良の不整脈、重篤な大動脈弁狭窄症、活動性心筋炎、心内膜炎など）
4)歩行に影響する重度の下肢関節拘縮を有する者
5)重度の肝・腎機能障害を合併する者
6)主治医が不適当と判断した者

1) Those who newly started medication for spasticity during the evaluation time (eg. antispasmodic oral administration, botulinum toxin injection)
2) those with severe orthopedic disease affecting gait function
3) Those with serious cardiac disease: unstable angina, myocardial infarction shortly after symptom onset, decompensated congestive heart failure, acute cor pulmonale, uncontrolled arrhythmia, serious aortic stenosis, active myocarditis, endocarditis, etc.
4) Those with severe lower limb joint contracture affecting gait
