スギ花粉舌下免疫療法を受けているスギ・ヒノキ花粉症患者の半数が、ヒノキ花粉飛散期には症状の増悪を認める。そこで、スギ花粉舌下免疫療法の、スギ・ヒノキ花粉症に対する免疫学的効果を検討した。

Half of patients with combined Japanese cedar (JC) and Japanese cypress pollinosis have worsened symptoms after sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT) in cypress pollen season. Therefore, we examined the immunological effects of SLIT with standardized JC pollen extract in patients with combined JC and Japanese cypress pollinosis.

スギ舌下免疫療法開始後1～2年のスギ・ヒノキ花粉症患者のPBMCを採取し、Cry j 1・Cha o 1・Cha o 3で培養し、抗原によって誘導されるIL-5・IL-10・IL-17・IFN-γを測定した。

Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from patients with JC and Japanese cypress pollinosis who received SLIT with standardized JC pollen extract which was administered over a period of 1 to 2 years, were incubated with Cry j 1, Cha o 1 and Cha o 3 antigens. Antigen-induced production of IL-5, IL-10, IL-17 and IFN-g.

血清から抗原特異的IgE・IgG4も測定した。また好塩基球刺激試験も行った。

ヘルシーコントロールと、SLITを受けていないスギ・ヒノキ花粉症患者、SLITを受けているスギ・ヒノキ花粉症患者の末梢血を採取し、PBMCと血清を分離する。PBMCをCry j 1・Cha o 1・Cha o 3で培養して、抗原によって誘導されるサイトカインを測定する。また血清の抗原特異的IgEやIgG4も測定する。全血から好塩基球刺激試験も測定する。
