目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
骨粗鬆症患者に対する治療法として、薬物治療が第一選択となるが、転倒による骨折を予防するためにはロコモティブシンドローム(ロコモ)に含まれる運動器の包括的な改善が重要となる。本研究では、骨粗鬆症患者を対象にロコモが及ぼす影響、脊柱変形を含む骨粗鬆症との関連性について明らかにすることを目的とする。

The pharmacotherapy is the first choice for treatment of osteoporosis patients. Comprehensive improvement of locomotive Organs involving locomotive syndrome, are important to prevent fractures caused by falls. The purpose of this study is to clarify the relationship between osteoporosis and Locomo and spinal deformity.

基本情報：年齢、性別、身長、体重、既往歴、内服薬
画像評価：脊柱アライメント評価、局所病変、骨密度
代謝マーカー：25OHD、PTH、ucOC、NTX
質問紙：ロコモ25、Visual analog scale(VAS)
運動機能：最大歩行速度、6分間歩行、Timed up and Go(TUG)、開眼片脚立位時間、握力、ロコモ度テスト(2ステップテスト、立ち上がりテスト)

Basic information: Age, Sex, Height, Weight, Medical history, Oral medicine
Image analysis: Spine alignment, Local lesion, Bone mineral density
Bone metabolic markers: 25OHD, PTH, ucOC, NTX
Questionnaire: 25-question Geriatric Locomotive Function Scale(GLFS-25), Visual analog scale(VAS)
Motor function: Maximum gait speed, 6-minute walk distance(6MD), Timed up and Go(TUG), One leg standing time, grip strength, Locomotive syndrome risk test( Two step test, Stand up test)

骨粗鬆症とロコモ、脊椎変形との関連性について検討を行う。また、本研究の測定項目より骨粗鬆症患者における横断的および縦断的な特徴を明らかにしていく。

The objective of the present study was to investigate the relationship between osteoporosis and Locomo, and spinal deformity. In addition, we will clarify cross-sectional and longitudinal characteristics in osteoporosis patients.
