1. 回復期リハビリテーション病棟に入院した初発脳卒中患者
2. 発症2ヶ月以内
3. MORE scale評価が可能なもの

英語
1. Patient with first-ever stroke admitted to a convalescent rehabilitation ward.
2. Within 2 months from onset of stroke.
3. capable to evaluate MORE scale

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.３段階の言語指示理解が困難なもの
2.入院時FIM運動項目が75点に達しているもの
3.うつ病と診断を受けているもの
4. 主治医により研究に適さないと判断されたもの

1. Cannot follow three step directions.
2.FIM motor score at admission more than 75
3. Being diagnosed with depression
4. Inappropriate to participate in the study for other reasons judged by patient's physician
