FGM（FreeStyle Libre）を装着した患者と非装着患者のライフスタイルの変化・行動変容・治療満足度・心理的負担感の特徴を比較検討することで、初回糖尿病治療におけるFGMのより適正な使用法を解明する。

We carried out a 12-month evaluation of the psychological changes and clinical changes experienced by patients with short-term Libre use at the beginning of their treatment and patients who received conventional treatment without Libre use; furthermore, we examined more adequate usages of Libre.

対象症例36名において、治療観察中（1,3,6,12後）に行ったアンケート　①糖尿病治療に対する気持ち　②ライフスタイルの変化　③DTSQ：Diabetes Treatment Satisfaction Questionnaire（糖尿病治療満足度質問表）④PAID：Problem Areas In Diabetes（糖尿病関連心理負担度）を比較検討した。

4 questionnaire surveys were conducted during the treatment monitoring period at 1 month, at 3 months, at 6 month and at 12 months. Feelings regarding diabetes treatment were evaluated and categorized based on 10 different levels, Lifestyle changes were evaluated and categorized based on 5 different levels, Diabetes Treatment Satisfaction Questionnaire was evaluated and categorized based on 7 different levels, and Problem Areas In Diabetes were evaluated and categorized based on 5 different levels.

治療開始時、1,3,6,12か月後のHbA1c、BMI、血圧、HbA1c、FPG、LDL、HDL、TG、AST、ALT、γGTP、eGFRを比較検討した。

We follow up continuously during a 12 months treatment period. Comparisons were carried out based on BMI, blood pressure, HbA1c, PG, LDLC, HDLC, TG, AST, ALT, GGTP, eGFR.

主な結果/Results

日本語
食習慣については、「総摂取量減少」、「炭水化物摂取量減少・抑制」、を1か月後でA群は気を付けるようになったが、次第に悪化傾向を示した。一方、B群は1か月後に明らかに不良であったが12カ月の経過において次第に改善を認め、両群の差を消失した。
DTSQは、B群が25.5→30.3と増加傾向。一方、A群は開始時34.0と高値であったが12か月後には32.2と二群間の差は消失した。PAIDは、B群で一か月後62.3と高値であった一方A群では49.7と低値であった。しかし12か月後にはB群は54.6と低下しA群は54.9と増加し、両群間の差は消失した。

DTSQ showed an increasing trend in group B from 25.5 to 30.3.On the other hand, group A had a high value of 34.0 at the start, but after 12 months, the difference of 2 groups was disappeared.
After 12 months, PAID was decreased from 62.3 to 54.6 in group B, while it was increased from 34.0 to 54.6 in group A. Finally the difference of two groups was disappeared.
There was significant difference in changing of DTSQ between 2 groups .

治療観察中（1,3,6,12か月後）に4つのアンケート　①糖尿病治療に対する気持ちを10段階で評価（1：いいえ, 5：変わらない, 10：はい）（表3）　②ライフスタイルの変化を5段階で評価（1：いいえ, 3：変わらない, 5：はい）（表3）　③糖尿病治療満足度質問表（DTSQ：Diabetes Treatment Satisfaction Questionnaire）15-17を7段階で評価（表4）、④糖尿病関連心理負担度（PAID：Problem Areas In Diabetes）8,14を5段階で評価（表4）を実施し、それぞれのアンケートにおいて各期間を比較検討

We were able to follow up continuously during a 12 months treatment period, were assigned to two different groups: the A group (15 patients who voluntarily requested to wear FGM for 2 to 4 weeks at the beginning of treatment) and B group (15 patients who requested to receive conventional treatment without using FGM); comparisons were carried out based on BMI, blood pressure, HbA1c, PG, LDL-C, HDL-C, TG, AST, ALT, GGTP, Cr (eGFR)
4 questionnaire surveys were conducted during the treatment monitoring period (at 1 month, at 3 months, at 6 months, at 12 months); (1)feelings regarding diabetes treatment were evaluated and categorized based on 10 different levels, (2) lifestyle changes were evaluated and categorized based on 5 different levels, (3) patient satisfaction with diabetes treatment (Diabetes Treatment Satisfaction Questionnaire) was evaluated and categorized based on 7 different levels, and (4) psychological burdens associated with diabetes (Problem Areas In Diabetes)were evaluated and categorized based on 5 different levels.
