2) T3b以上あるいはグリソンスコア9以上
3) PSが0～1

1) pathologically confirmed adenocarcinoma
2) >=T3b or Gleason socre >=9
3) performance status >=1

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1) 活動性の重複癌
2) コントロール不良の糖尿病
3) 重篤な合併症
4) 精神病
5) 骨盤照射の既往
6) 化学療法の既往
7) 担当医の判断
