(1) 京都大学および大学院に所属する健常成人、(2) 研究の説明や運動の支持が理解できる者、(3) 本研究の参加に際し、本人の自由意思による同意の得られた者、(4) BMIが30未満の者

(1) Healthy adults in Kyoto University; (2) people who understand the explanation of the study and the instruction of the exercise; (3) people who provide written informed consent before participating in the study; (4) people whose BMI are less than 30

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

(1) 測定下肢に整形学的疾患および神経学的疾患を有する者、(2) 日常的に下肢に対する筋力トレーニングを実施している者

(1) People with a history of orthopedic or neurological disease in their lower limbs; (2) people who are involved in a daily training program
