目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
いびき音は軽減しても酸素飽和度が改善しない症例を多く経験し、MADだけの治療に限界を感じている。これは、鼻呼吸が不得意なOSA患者に多く、この割合は決して少なくない。これまで、鼻腔内または鼻腔外に専用装置を装着し、鼻腔を拡大させ鼻呼吸を活発にさせようという研究がみられる。しかしながら、これまでの装置は単純に鼻腔を拡大するだけのものであり、吸気量の改善は認めるものの、睡眠時無呼吸の改善まで効果があるかというと決してそうではないという報告がある。そこで今回、鼻呼吸促進装置の入口の口径よりも出口の口径を小さくした。空気の流速をあげることにより流量が増大し、肺まで酸素が早く到達することができる。これをコアンダ効果という。また、閉塞した部位を拡大することで酸素が行き届く。コアンダ効果という流体力学を応用した、鼻呼吸促進装置の安全性、快適性そして効果に関し基礎的検討を実施する。

We have experienced many cases in which the oxygen saturation level does not improve even if the snoring sound is reduced, and I feel the limit to the treatment of only MAD. This is more common in OSA patients who are not good at nasal breathing, and this ratio is never small. So far, studies have been made to install a dedicated device inside or outside the nasal cavity to enlarge the nasal cavity and to activate nasal breathing. However, the conventional devices merely enlarge the nasal cavity, and although there is an improvement in inspiratory volume, there are reports that it is not so if it is effective in improving sleep apnea. So, this time, the caliber of the outlet was made smaller than the caliber of the entrance of the nasal breathing stimulator. By increasing the flow rate of air, the flow rate is increased, and oxygen can reach the lungs quickly. This is called the Coanda effect. In addition, oxygen can be delivered by expanding the occluded site. Conduct a basic study on safety, comfort, and effect of nasal breathing stimulator applying fluid dynamics called the Coanda effect.

実験1
　各Point間に関して、Point Bの時の方が、Point Aと比較し有意に速い速度を認めた。また、各装置に関して、NBSTがほかの市販品に比べてPoint A、Point Bの2点において、有意に速い速度を認めた。

実験2
　NBST評価アンケートについて、大半が問題ない、概ね問題ないという評価であった。問題ありという悪い評価はなかった。
　NBST未装着、NBST装着、ブリーズライトTM貼付における吸気流量について、NBST装着がNBST未装着、ブリーズライト貼付に比べて、有意な増加を認めた。

Experiment 1
Regarding each point, the point B was significantly faster than Point A. In addition, for each device, NBST recognized significantly faster speeds at two points, Point A and Point B, than other commercially available products.

Experiment 2
The majority of the NBST evaluation questionnaires were evaluated as having no problems and almost no problems. There was no bad evaluation have a problem.
NBST-attached significantly increased compared to No NBST, Breeze Light affixed.
