目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
我々は，対象の身体活動量の向上を目的とした，ゲーミフィケーションの概念を取り入れたアート系ワークショップ形式の健康教育教材を，筑波大学芸術系と共同開発した．
この教材を用い楽しみながら身体活動量が増加することを目的とし，男性職員を対象とした健康教育の実施を通した身体活動の変化量（主要評価項目：中強度活動時間（4Mets以上），副次的評価項目：歩数）の向上について検証を行う．

We jointly developed an art-based workshop-style health education material that incorporates the concept of gamification with the University of Tsukuba Arts, aiming to improve the amount of physical activity targeted * 3.
The amount of change in physical activity through the implementation of health education for male staff with the aim of increasing the amount of physical activity while enjoying using this teaching material (main evaluation item: medium intensity activity time (more than 4 Mets), deputy) We will verify the improvement of the next evaluation item: the number of steps).

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1）研究期間中（10週間）に加速度計を持ち続けられる者
2）全6回参加できる者（1回／2週間の頻度で全6回の加速度計の計測、うちボード・ゲーム4回）
3）男性病院職員のうち20歳から65歳の者

1) Those who can keep the accelerometer during the study period (10 weeks)
2) Able to participate in all 6 times (1 time / 2 weeks frequency measurement of all 6 accelerometers, including 4 board games)
3) Male hospital staff members aged 20 to 65

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1）歩行非自立かつ医師から日常生活活動を制限されている者
2）運動習慣（１日30分以上の運動を週2回以上行い、１年以上継続している）を有している者

1) A person who is not independent of walking and whose daily living activities are restricted by doctors
2) Those who have exercise habits (exercise for at least 30 minutes a day at least twice a week and continuing for more than a year)
