日本語
タキサン系薬剤治療中の乳癌患者に対して、栄養指導と体内水分量の可視化による早期発見の気づきを促す介入研究によって、乳癌患者に生じる全身性浮腫の増悪が防げるかを検証することである。

The purpose of this study is to examine whether interventions that promote awareness of early detection through nutrition guidance and visualization of body water content can prevent the development of generalized edema that occurs in breast cancer patients, for breast cancer patients who are on taxane drug treatment.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1）乳がん患者でタキサン系薬剤を使用する20歳以上の成人患者　2）研究参加が可能であると主治医が判断した患者　3）腎疾患や高血圧を含む心疾患がある場合、利尿剤服用中の場合でもその既往歴を加味して治療が遂行できる場合は含む

1) Adult patients over 20 years of age who use taxane drugs in breast cancer patients 2) Patients judged by attending physicians to be able to participate in research 3) If there is heart disease including kidney disease or hypertension, taking diuretic Even if the treatment can be carried out including the medical history

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1）治療前より四肢の浮腫が見られている患者　2）精神的に不安定な状態の患者
