患者群： 2008年1月1日から2018年6月30日まで九州大学病院において体性感覚誘発電位/磁場を施行した、良性成人型家族性ミオクローヌスてんかん
健常対照群：文書による同意が可能な健常群。

英語
Patients: Benign adult familial myoclonic epilepsy who performed somatosensory evoked potential/ field, during 2008/1/1 to 2018/6/30.
Healthy control: Those who can obtain informed consent.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

MMSE < 26

Past history of head injury.

両側半球活動の潜時差は9.4 msで、両側C反射の潜時差と同等であった。機能的結合度(wPLI)は疾患群で得意的な皮質-皮質間の結合が更新していた。

The average time difference between bilateral cortical activities was 9.4 ms, which was concordant with that of onset-onset delay of bilateral C-reflex. The average wPLI was significantly higher in the patients compared with HCs in specific cortico-cortical connections.
