在宅緩和ケアを受ける進行がん療養者の家族介護者であり以下の基準を満たす者
なお、進行がん療養者とは主治医により進行がんと診断され余命6か月程度である20歳以上の者とする
1.家族メンバーやパートナー、親類等の療養者へのケアを担っている者である
2.20歳以上である

Advanced cancer patients are diagnosed as advanced cancer by primary doctor, with life expectancy of less 6 months, and age of 20 year old or older
1.unpaid caregivers such as family members, partners, and relatives who take care of their loved ones
2.age of 20 years old or older
